What are the symptoms of dehydration?

Hydration is important because most of the body needs water to feel hydrated if you don’t then you will feel fatigued and cant be bothered to move. When hydrated you will have improved brain performance. When hot weather climate you will need water with you or drink because as water comes from the outside of the body your losing it when the heat hits you or if you are doing exercising.
