It is known that you need to make sure that you eat 5 pieces of fruit a day in the uk and it says at least 2 servings of fruit in the USA. While also the American heart association says eat 4 to 5 portions.  You can eat too much of anything. But the truth is that it’s hard to get too much fruit. In fact, most Americans don’t eat enough of it. Adults should eat at least 1 ½ cups of fruit every day. Fruit is packed with lots of nutrition and stops a lot of nasty diseases.

Avoid mixing your watermelons, muskmelons, cantaloupe and honeydews with other fruits. Try not to mix acidic fruits, such as grapefruits and strawberries, or sub-acidic foods such as apples, pomegranates and peaches, with sweet fruits, such as bananas and raisins for a better digestion.
