We should all aim to do some sort of exercise as we want to be active and energetic rather than being lazy and overweight. This applies to everyone from young people to old people. Going for a walk, running and jogging are some of the exercises we should aim to do either alone or with family and friends.

We all need to exercise if we want to live a healthy life. Many of us may want to go to the gym and gain a membership to use weights, run on the treadmill etc. and by doing so, helps us as we are keeping ourselves fit and in good condition. When we exercise, it is important to take a break so that we don’t feel exhausted.
