There are many organic foods like tomato’s, lettuce and many other vegetables these help you with diet control because there healthy for you. But eating too much of these can harm you and make you go toilet. They grow from the ground and people wash them before putting them in stores. But even though they were washed someone found a spider in the leaves inside the bag of greens.

These food is certified because if it wasn’t people can not eat it because it shows that it hasn’t been checked. Organic means that it avoids all use of man made fertilisers that harm the vegetables. That’s why the soil needs to be natural and not got any toxic substances in that will harm people.

This is a farmer that looks after crops and makes sure there’s nothing wrong with the organic fruits and vegetables. He is washing the crops and making sure there’s no bugs or anything on them. Organic makes you think of green because its nature and its grown either in a tent or green house.
