We should all do yoga as  it helps us to keep fit and active. Ideally, we should do yoga to start our day as it allows us to remove any tension we may have in our daily life.

There are many benefits of doing yoga such as making the body feel active, alleviates pain, improves posture and flexibility. You should try to do yoga twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening.   

 

 

 

 

It is important that we do yoga as we have a lot to do during the day and by doing yoga takes away all the worries and tension we have. No matter how busy our lives are we should make time to do yoga as it makes us feel better.
