When being a child it has been hard to deal with ADHD, found it hard to stay focused while in lessons at school it did not help me when it came to do my exams. Even as  gradually got older it  became easier to handle but, still tend to find it difficult to stay on task and focused on the work that has been set. As well also tend to find that listening to music while working helps me stay focused on task it blocks out all background noise which helps me do my work without being distracted.
